Our much loved Choc Fudge Brownie is a heavenly mix of the finest ingredients including fair trade cocoa and 36% Australian-made dark chocolate. Our brownie mix is one of the very few containing REAL CHOCOLATE pieces within the blend giving you a fudge home-made texture and taste.

Melinda’s delicious Choc Fudge Mug Brownies is quick and easy to prepare and ready to eat in just ONE MINUTE!! A saviour for those wanting a quick dessert for the whole family or a snack for one. Each little pack contains four desserts and only need two add-ins (butter & milk, or your chosen alternatives) and takes just one minute to bake in your microwave.

Quick & Easy: Gluten Free + Keto Choc Self-Sauce Pudding (serves 8)

 

Ingredients
1 x Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies Keto Choc Pudding Mix
60g butter of choice, melted
2 XL eggs, or alternative
100ml milk of choice

Method

Preheat a fan forced oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease a small casserole dish
Combine your Keto Choc Pudding Mix Sachet with your melted butter, lightly beaten eggs and milk. Stir and pour into prepared casserole dish
Add Keto Choc Pudding Sauce Sachet to 250ml of hot water and stir until the sweetener has fully dissolved. Pour over the back of a spoon close to the pudding batter.
Pop in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked in the centre.
Serve cooked pudding immediately with lashings of whipped cream or sugar free ice cream.

Raspberry Coconut Cupcake Mix

A wholesome blend of Melinda’s signature flour, coconut, real dried & crushed raspberries and sweetened naturally with glucose and stevia (low sugar).

Just add coconut cream, butter and eggs (or substitutes). Lovely with a couple of fresh or frozen raspberries added to the batter before cooking. Makes 12 cupcakes
