As a passionate food lover and a coeliac for over 30 years, Melinda is uncompromising when it comes to quality, clean ingredients, and—most importantly—the safety of her loyal customers.

As a mum of three (now 19, 17, and 16), she knows firsthand the daily juggle of work, school, sports, and extra-curricular commitments—not to mention the challenge of keeping everyone well-fed. When food allergies and dietary preferences come into play, that challenge only grows.

That’s why Melinda’s products are crafted to be both delicious and safe for everyone to enjoy. Every frozen product is made in a 100% dedicated gluten and nut free facility, with a separate dairy- and egg-free room for vegan lines. Plus, all dry mixes undergo independent laboratory testing for allergens, ensuring the highest standard of safety and quality.
