1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line biscuit trays with baking paper. 2. Using a mixer, beat together 80g of softened butter & caster sugar until creamy. Add egg & beat. Add flour,custard powder & white choc chips. Stir until combined & a firm dough forms. 3. Using a teaspoon, roll into balls & place on baking tray. Bake for 12-15 mins or until lightly browned. Cool. 4. Icing: combine remaining butter & vanilla until smooth. Add icing sugar, beat until combined. Sandwich cooled biscuits together with icing.
