1. In a mixer, cream softened butter & sugar. Add yolk, milk & flour in turns until combined. Place onto floured surface. Lightly knead & roll out as required.
2. Blind bake in a pie dish for 5 mins. Remove weights, continue baking for 10 mins. Fill with preferred filling.
