Easy Mint Fudge

Ingredients

395g condensed milk
350g gluten-free dark chocolate
3 teaspoons mint extract


Method

1. Grease and line a 20cm square tin.
2. Combine condensed milk & chopped dark chocolate in a glass bowl. Heat on medium low in the microwave for 4 to 5 mins, stirring after each min. Add mint extract. Stir well. Pour into prepared tin.

3. Refrigerate until set. Cut into pieces & serve.
