Choc Hazelnut Caramel Slice

Ingredients


1 1/2 packets plain gluten-free biscuits
50g flaked almonds
50g desiccated coconut
125g butter
200g condensed milk
3 tablespoon golden syrup
400g gluten-free hazelnut chocolate
30g copha


Method

1. Grease & line a slice tin. Place biscuits & almonds in a food processor. Blend until mix resembles fine crumbs. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Combine melted butter, condensed milk & golden syrup. Microwave for 1 min, stir. Add to crushed biscuits, mix well. Press into tin.
3. Melt chopped chocolate & copha in microwave until melted & combined. Pour over base, refrigerate until set.
