Ingredients

1 cup rapadura sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
4 ripe bananas
1/3 cup water
1 2/3 cup Melinda’s Gluten-Free Self Raising flour
1 teaspoon bicarb soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

 


Method

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Grease & line a loaf tin.
2. Mash bananas. Cream butter, add sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 55-60 mins .
