Two new Gluten Free Foodservice premixes
Due to customer demand Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies has launched two new premix foodservice products. The new premix products add to the Melinda’s premix and cracker foodservice product range and include;
White Choc Raspberry Muffin/Cake Premix
A light and versatile mix containing plenty of dairy free white choc pieces and a sachet of juicy raspberry filling. Each 9kg pack produces 225 x 50g cake pieces or 225 x 50g muffins.
Lemon Curd Muffin/Cake Premix
A moist and flavoursome versatile mix including a sachet of fresh lemon curd to blend through or pipe into the middle of muffins. Each 9kg pack produces 225 x 50g cake pieces or 225 x 50g muffins.
