Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies is owned and operated by Melinda Trembath, a qualified nutritionist and coeliac for 19 years.
Melinda was well known for her baking prowess and after being diagnosed as a coeliac she began searching for recipes that she enjoyed and would be proud to serve to all her friends and family.
The demand for her creations initially led to a successful gluten free cake business in 2005 in Brisbane and later evolved into a gluten free premix range in Australia’s major supermarket chains.
She understood the growing need for gluten free products that were good enough for everyone to eat and as a mother with three young children, the necessity of meals and snacks that were quick and easy for people. Her premix range, launched in 2008, delivered exactly what people were looking for.
She developed Australia’s first gluten free water cracker, which is receiving rave reviews from foodies.
Melinda is now busy back in the kitchen creating more fantastic products she will be proudly serving to her friends and family and you will love serving to yours.
